MEET THE TEAM
A journey worker is a qualified worker at a craft or trade, traditionally in the position between apprentice and master. Our journey workers, however, all have levels of expertise in one craft or another. We take our meaning from the etymology of journey – both one’s life path and “a day's work or travel.” In doing so, we acknowledge our authority on different subject matters while rejecting the idea of mastery.
